I BEAT PAYPAL!

Yes I am now fully restored, but it was not easy as PP normally don't listen to reason. a lesson I have learned. here is the email that swung it in my favour, perhaps in the future if it happens to you, you may learn from my email?

I am not getting any help here at all from you only orders to do this and that. I have three times asked for help on the documents and where to find them you say you
require to try and resolve this issue but no help is forthcoming, which now makes me believe that Paypal is determined to close my account for no good valid reason.

I am NOT in violation of your rules and Not a brand risk as you say.For the last 11 years I have used Paypal in the same way as I do now, and you have never said I was in violation. ( check my records) The site you say is in violation, http://mauricetudor.com/index.php .is not in any way
connected or referenced to paypal with either logo the written word, nor payment buttons. so you have no right to tell me what I can do and can't do with my sites, if they do not concern you.

I wish for the record to make this a formal complaint against you and would inform you that my subscriptions both in and out are now being either cancelled or not met. which is causing a loss to me through no fault of mine.
I would like the appropriate dept to respond to me with positive advice and help to effect a resolution.
